Sad News

Nora's little play group that she just loves going to is closing down next Wednesday. This week I spent a little time there taking photos of the children and their beloved Tante Sigrid. 

This is the collage that I have put together for her and had framed as a keep sake and a reminder of the fun she had with her little ones.

The children were so excited to have their photos taken. When Tante Sigrid announced I was going to take photos and do them outside I had 6 little kidkiess bouncing up and down in front of me and shrieking with delight. 

Playing lions seems to be the favourite game at the moment. Nora spends quite a bit of time crawling around the house roaring and telling me she is a lion. Here is Tristan baring his teeth. Unfortunately photographs do not capture roars!

Let me tell you that Leila is every mom's dream. After having a baby myself that fought sleep to the bitter end and then only slept for 30 minutes at a time I am very jealous. This little poppet was tired while I was there and all she needed to go to sleep was her comfort blank, her bottle and her bed. She drifted off all by herself.

Tante Sigrid will be greatly missed by her beloved little children. Thank you so much for opening your home and making their time with you so happy. Nora has absolutely loved her mornings with you and is very sad to not be visiting you anymore.
